14. ‣Monitoring lease expirations; negotiate and promote renewals
    

15. ‣Handling of all tenant calls | emergencies and routine maintenance
    

16. ‣Organizing and maintaining complete lease files, including repairs receipts, appliance warranties and  insurance and Real Property Tax  receipts.
