We charge one month’s rent per year for a tenant. The owner never pays anything unless there is rehabilitation costs involved. Insight absorbs all costs associated with advertising and leasing your property.  Once we secure a tenant all remaining rental payments go directly to the owner whether it be by mail or direct deposit. Once the unit is rented, owners are then 100% responsible for maintaining their rental and tenant needs – unless our management services are required.
